The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, I experienced a few issues with room temperature and clarity in the dining reservation policy. Overall, it's a mixed bag—some aspects should definitely improve, especially regarding guest communication and comfort in the rooms.

I had an excellent stay at the Grey Street Hotel. The location is unbeatable, giving me easy access to dining and nightlife, and I found the room to be clean and comfortable.
